All materials advertised must be provided at the listed price without imposing additional fees. Pricing on TC should not exceed what is offered elsewhere, either for free or at a lower cost.

Honesty and Accuracy:

The foundation of the TC community is trust. Sell only materials you've personally created or have had a significant role in developing. Your resources should be comprehensive, correct, and presented transparently. Responsibility lies with you to ensure all aspects of your resource — titles, descriptions, and content — are precise, accurate, and devoid of errors.

Guaranteed Accessibility and Technical Support:

Commit to continuous access for your resources, ensuring they remain accessible and functional for purchasers. Resources hosted externally must also maintain this standard of accessibility. Required software or equipment, if any, should be clearly stated, with no obligations for additional purchases or registrations on other platforms.

Respecting Intellectual Property:

All materials within your resources must be rightfully yours or used under appropriate commercial permissions. By uploading to TC, you assert that your resource content infringes no third-party rights and obliges no additional licensing or royalty fees. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, TC actively removes infringing content and addresses repeat offenders accordingly.

No Steering to External Sales Outlets: TC is not to be leveraged for redirecting users to other sales or commercial sites. Avoid embedding links that lead to external marketplaces or websites offering your resources.
