Teachers Craft™ Refund Policy
At Teachers Craft™ (aka "TC", a subsidiary of Teachers Activities, Inc.), the materials you acquire are provided in digital form. Differing from tangible goods like apparel or books, digital files such as PDFs, Word documents, and others can't exactly be "returned" once they've been downloaded or accessed. Consequently, transactions on TC involving digital resources are regarded as conclusive and not subject to refunds.
We understand, however, that sometimes things may not proceed as expected. Under certain limited conditions, we might be able to issue refunds. Should you not have downloaded or accessed the digital resource, or if your situation aligns with any of the exceptions outlined below, you might qualify for a refund.
Requests for refunds need to be made within 90 days from the date of purchase, please contact the seller prior to contacting Teachers Craft™. In nearly every instance the seller can work with you to find a solution.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Compromised Resource File:
The resource file is corrupt or lacks content. For instance, if a thumbnail or preview was uploaded by mistake instead of the actual resource.Misrepresentation:
The resource's preview and/or description does not accurately reflect the contents of the resource. (Such requests will undergo review by TC.) An example of this could be if a resource is described as containing 50 multiple-choice questions but instead contains 50 true or false questions.Technical Limitations:
You're unable to access a resource due to missing technical requirements not stated in the resource description. An example would be if the resource is a Notebook file, but this requirement isn't mentioned on the product page.Duplicate Purchase:
You've bought the same resource more than once under the same TC account. For instance, if you buy a resource that's included in a specific bundle and then purchase the bundle within a year of the original resource purchase.File Access Status:
You've bought a resource but haven't downloaded or accessed the files, as verified by TC. An example here is purchasing a resource for first grade over the summer, not accessing it, and then learning you'll be teaching fifth grade the following year.Eligibility
If your purchase aligns with one of these scenarios, you're invited to submit a refund request via email to support@teacherscraft.us. Please ensure your request includes the resource's name and your concerns, along with any pertinent examples or details you may have. Screenshots would be helpful too.Note: All refund requests must be submitted within 90 days from the original purchase date.
